Our experienced, certified craftsmen use the latest innovations in welding techniques and equipment. Modern arc and spot welders, as well as plasma, TIG, and stud welders, achieve sturdy weldments with aluminum, stainless steel, carbon steel, and galvanized steel, which are integral to the overall durability of Gardner products. PEM® nuts and studs are inserted utilizing Haeger® insertion machines.

Our welders hold numerous weld certifications and all AWS D1.1 Structural Steel certified along with the State of Wisconsin Certification. In addition all welders are certified to the AWS D1.3 Sheet Steel qualification in mild and galvanized material. Many of our welders carry the AWS certifications for aluminum in 5052-H32 and 6061-T6 and some with a certification in stainless steel. All our welders participate in continuous classroom training in new equipment, welding and inspection processes.
